Is it perimenopause at the age of 44? - more frequent periods at age 40
I believe that the symptoms of perimenopause.
I have to do irregular intervals throughout the day, fatigue, itching, headaches were frequent, often irina, impaired concentration, loss of Lobito, mood swings, sweats, hot flashes and difficulty sleeping.
Someone else has the same symptoms?
