If you do not have a Combo drive, you must connect your VCR to the DVD recorder
Sit on the video tape and a blank DVD.
Slide the disc recording and playback.
It is so easy.

If you get a machine on a combination VHS / DVD recorder. Then you can simply tape on one side of a DVD into the other and pushing a button.
No further action if it wants to in the text chapters, to share, etc., but in reality their best offer.
